Arrived after a wet walk from Llandeilo,but was it worth it, oh yes fantastic wellcome, large rooms for eating ,but the food was stunning ,carvery with plenty of meat selection and veg,lovely polite young man serving, and the chef cooked a fab meal thankyou to the bar maid also, who accomodated a party if 12 .
Visited for Sunday lunch carvery. Simply amazing! Meats were cooked to perfection, veg all tasty. We will definitely be calling again soon!!
Bendigedig The White Hart is a busy pub with some rooms above the main function rooms. The room was comfortable, clean and of good size. Comfortable beds and lovely bedding. What makes this hotel is the friendly attitude of the staff (at least the person who served our delicious breakfasts on 2 out of 3 days was delightful). The setting is pleasant enough and very close to Llandeilo (about a 20 minute walk, 3 minute drive). The hotel is very family friendly, our grandaughter loved her stay. The busyness of the pub means parking can be difficult and there is some noise from the pub occupants in the room itself.
7 of us went there today for lunch. The waitress was very welcoming and took our drinks orders which arrived promptly. They had a large party of people in the function room and luckily for us there was a carvery available. Lovely selection of meat and veg. Everything was piping hot and very tasty. Carver chef was extremely friendly.. Couldn't fault it.
This is a proper local pub / inn, not flashy or pretentious, just good quality at a great price. We were pleasantly surprised at the size of our room, which was clean and well prepared. The staff were really helpful and welcoming. The food was excellent, plenty of it and very reasonably priced. It's a 15 mins stroll into the town, so well located too. If you're looking for somewhere to stay with character where you can have a beer with local people then I'd definitely recommend the White Hart.
Had a Sunday carvery and it was outstanding food and the staff was very polite and helpful and very welcome and I would give the rating 10 out of 10
Perfect spot for dinner. Fast service with incredible food
I visited on Sunday for a carvary. I brought my wife and 2 little ones. Absolutely top notch delicious food. Normaly I'd have a case of eyes more than belly and I did in this case, but took my wife to stop me from licking the plate clean.
Lovely place. 12 of us booked for Sunday lunch & not one complaint about anything from any of us! Food was amazing, staff very friendly & helpful, and cosy surroundings.
Lovely little place! Did a proper last minute booking, staff really happy to help. Very decent pint of Guinness, and not badly priced either (£8.60 for pint Guinness and pint madri). Great bar, nice local vibe to it. Plenty to look at, good character! Rooms basic but homely, everything worked fine and rooms were quiet. Breakfast decent! Freshly cooked, lots of toast
